Common faults and solving methods of CNC engraving machine

One or three axes do not walk or abnormal

1. control cards are loose or failure;

2. the corresponding axis of drive failure; corresponding axis stepper motor fault;coupling corresponding to the broken or loose: the corresponding screw fractureor screw-nut failure; corresponding to the slider axis fails;

3. drive in the fine fraction, currents, and software settings are not the same.

Seven, spindle stop

1. the spindle internal short-circuit; axis or data cable short circuit;

1. frequency converter setting is incorrect; the spindle does not turn; the spindle itself has problems;

2. spindle water (water cooling) cause damage to the bearing oil.
